Who is Nelson Family Law?

Patricia has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario
Superior Court of Justice province-wide. A testimony to Patricia’s commitment
to her clients is her accessibility and the energy and enthusiasm she brings to
her practice of the law. Patricia also brings a wealth of personal and life
experiences that allow her to truly understand the angst and pressures placed
on her clients during this tumultuous time.

Family Law and without a doubt she is:

“The Future Use of DNA Forensics in the Courtroom”;

√ She has lectured at the Ontario Bar Association on the complex legal issue
of Paternity and Child Support (this paper was provided to practitioners and
academics province-wide); and,

√ Patricia also donates her time as a guest speaker to graduating high school
students within Peel Region where she has spoken to young people
considering a career in law.
