Welcome to Futsal Club Toronto (FCT)! We are excited to have you as part of our soccer community. Before you start participating in our programs, please read and understand the following terms and conditions. By registering with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

• Registration and Eligibility:

• Participants must meet the age eligibility requirements specified for each program.

• All players must be registered with the club before participating in any activities.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

• Code of Conduct:

• Players, parents, coaches, and spectators are expected to adhere to the principles of fair play, respect, and sportsmanship.

• Discrimination, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Safety and Medical Considerations:

• Players are required to wear appropriate soccer gear, including shin guards and soccer cleats.

• In case of injuries or medical conditions, parents/guardians must inform the club, and coaches must be made aware of any relevant medical information.

• Attendance and Punctuality:

• Regular attendance at practices and games is crucial for player development and team cohesion.

• Players are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled activities.

• Financial Obligations:

• Parents/guardians are responsible for paying registration fees and any other applicable charges promptly.

• Refunds will be granted in accordance with the club's refund policy.

• Communication:

• The club will communicate important information through emails and official social media channels.

• Parents/guardians are encouraged to stay informed and engage in open communication with coaches and club administrators.

• Privacy and Media Consent:

• The club may use photographs and videos of players for promotional and educational purposes. Parents/guardians must provide consent during the registration process.

• Equipment and Uniforms:

• Players must purchase their own equipment and club-provided uniforms. 

• If anything is borrowed, players are responsible for maintaining and returning club-provided uniforms and equipment in good condition.

• Replacement fees will apply for lost or damaged items.

• Weather and Cancellation Policy:

• The club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. Notifications will be communicated promptly.

• Disciplinary Action:

• The club may take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, in cases of misconduct or violation of these terms and conditions.

By registering with Futsal Club Toronto (FCT), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The club reserves the right to update or modify these terms as needed, and any changes will be communicated to registered participants.
