Aja is the founder of Compete Nutrition, an evidence-based nutrition consulting practice. Aja holds a masters in nutrition communications from Ryerson University, as well as an undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics from Western University where she also played for the varsity women’s volleyball team. Aja has worked with elite athletes of all ages, including the Carleton women’s hockey team and professional athletes abroad. Aja is dedicated to sport nutrition and fuelling Canada’s next elite athletes.
